Please contact the service on 9350-2026 or via email info@cpvsc.com.au to discuss enrolling your child into our service. The management team are happy to answer any questions and guide you through the enrolment process.

The quickest way to get your child’s statement is by using your Medicare online account. Do this through the:

myGov website or Express Plus Medicare mobile app

You can save and email the statement directly to us.

You can also ask your general practitioner or vaccination provider to print a copy for you.

You can also call the AIR enquiries line. It can take up to 10 business days to get your statement in the post.

As a long day care service our bookings are permanent, however you can add an additional casual if there are positions available.

The centre offers all families 4 weeks of holiday fee which are charged at 50% of your normal gap fee per calendar year. Holiday fees are not interchangeable with sick days or other absences.

Applications for holiday fee need to be made in writing 2 weeks in advance and only available to families whose accounts are up to date.

Orientation are free of charge and flexible to the individual needs of the children and families.

We recommend a minimum 2 orientation, please contact our management to discuss your options.

Unfortunately, fees are still payable on your booked days when your child is sick and all fees are still payable on public holidays.

When your child is sick at the service you will be asked to come and collect immediately. Depending on the illness you may be required to keep your child at home for a period of time or gain a clearance certificate from your Dr. Please speak to our management for further information.

Payments are made via Direct Debit through a third party software called Debit Success.

Upon enrolment you will need to secure permanent days, due to the demand of the service casual days are only available if children are away sick or on holidays

Our fees is inclusive of all nappies and meals however, due to the vast varieties of formula’s and children’s individual needs we ask that formula be supplied by the families.

Our service is lucky to have 3 qualified Early Childhood Teachers who currently run a 4 year old and 3 year old Kindergarten Program.

All educators are required to hold a HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care setting certificate, this certificate needs to remain current and renewed every 3 years.

Our service also conducts annual CPR refresher courses for all educators.

We try our best and encourage all children to try a variety of meals but we understand that this is not always possible. Our qualified cook provides alternative meals for children who may have allergies, restrictions or tastes.
